100 YEARS OF VALOR: VETERANS DAY EVENT

Celebrate Veterans with a Historic Train Trip

Join us as we commemorate a century of valor and sacrifice on the 100th anniversary of Veterans Day. This landmark event is not just a nod to history, but a vibrant, living tribute to the brave men and women who have donned the uniform in service to our country.

In Tennessee, known affectionately as the Volunteer State for its history of citizens stepping forward in times of need, the spirit of Veterans Day is deeply resonant. To honor this, our living historian will present an engaging talk on the pivotal role of Veterans in Tennessee’s history and the broader impact they’ve had on our nation’s journey.

But the journey doesn’t stop with stories. We’ll take you back in time to experience a slice of life as a WWII soldier, complete with the sights, sounds, and emotions of a time when the world was at war and every service member counted.

As a token of our gratitude, Veterans will be granted free admission to our Missionary Ridge Local. Family members of Veterans will also receive a discounted fare, making it easier for families to learn about and celebrate their heritage together. Ready to embark on a historical journey? Book your ticket now and join us for one of the five special Missionary Ridge Local trips. It’s more than just a train ride; it’s a passage through the annals of courage and commitment.
