Now, on to the festive treats! Even though December is a few months away, the holiday spirit is always in full swing at TVRM. Our Hiwassee Santa’s Hiwassee Train Ride is back, offering a magical “Christmas in Nature” experience. The beloved Santa Trains will be operating along the stunning Hiwassee River, offering riders the chance to meet Santa himself amidst the beauty of nature.

In addition to the Santa Trains, the holiday season at TVRM is a spectacle to behold. The North Pole Limited train rides, a family tradition since 1999, take riders on an imaginative journey to the North Pole. This winter wonderland is adorned with outdoor light displays, and you can enjoy refreshments, storytelling, and a meet-and-greet with Santa on your trip!

Looking for a way to keep the Christmas cheer going even after the big day? Join us on board our “Holiday Lights Train.” This ride offers a rare after-sundown adventure featuring all our festive holiday lights. Grab a fresh, tasty snack from our Depot Deli to enjoy on your ride through the dazzling lights display.

Or perhaps you’d prefer a more culinary adventure? Our Christmas Dinner Train offers a four-course dining experience onboard restored cars. The train departs from Grand Junction Station and takes a leisurely journey through urban East Chattanooga before reversing direction and returning to the terminal, just in time for you to finish your meal.
