Halloween Eerie Express

The Halloween Eerie Express at the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum offers a delightful blend of vintage charm and festive Halloween fun. Board the historic train, chugging over four bridges and through the Missionary Ridge Tunnel, before disembarking at the Funhouse Station. The adventure continues as families step into the “gentle thrills” Eerie Fun House—a 20-room, 2,000 square foot nostalgic experience, where every room unveils a unique theme adorned with captivating decorations.

A perfectly curated evening for families, the Halloween Eerie Express promises storytelling, indoor blacklight mini-golf, temporary tattoos, and a cider treat. Children, donning their favorite costumes, can partake in a contest, while also receiving a mini pumpkin and a bag of treats. Departures are conveniently scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in October, with an additional early slot for younger attendees. Complete the experience with a hearty supper from the Depot Deli, open exclusively for Eerie Express passengers.
