1. How long is my Annual Pass valid?
Your Annual Pass is valid for 12 months from the purchase date and may be used immediately after purchase. No physical card is required.
2. Which train rides are included?
Annual Passes include unlimited rides on the Missionary Ridge Local. Passholders may also receive discounts on select excursions, train rides, and special events throughout the year. Cab rides, premium add-ons, and certain specialty experiences are excluded.
3. Do I need a physical pass card?
No. Your Member ID and purchase email address act as your pass verification. Simply book online or show your confirmation email at check-in.
4. Can I use my pass the same day I purchase it?
Yes. Your Annual Pass becomes active immediately after checkout.
5. How do I reserve tickets with my Annual Pass?
Select your preferred Missionary Ridge Local departure, enter your Member ID at the top of the booking page, and your eligible passholder pricing will automatically appear.
6. Who is covered under a Family Annual Pass?
The Family Annual Pass includes 2 adults and up to 4 children ages 2–12. This may include parents and children or grandparents and grandchildren.
7. Can I bring guests?
Yes. Annual Pass holders may bring additional non-member guests at eligible group rates. The “Individual + Guest” Annual Pass includes one unnamed guest rider.
8. Does my Annual Pass include Exhibit Building admission?
Yes. All Annual Pass levels include admission to the Exhibit Building during the active pass period.
9. Do Annual Pass holders receive Gift Shop discounts?
Yes. Annual Pass holders receive 10% off purchases at the Grand Junction Gift Shop.
10. How do I renew my Annual Pass?
Annual Passes may be renewed online at any time. Renewal extends your pass for an additional 12 months from the renewal date.
11. Can I use my Annual Pass for cab rides?
No. Cab rides are separate premium add-on experiences and are not eligible for Annual Pass discounts, free ride benefits, or discounted ticket upgrades.
12. Are all experiences included with my Annual Pass?
No. Unlimited ride benefits apply only to the Missionary Ridge Local. Discounts may apply to select excursions and special events, but cab rides, premium seating, charters, private events, and select add-on experiences may be excluded.

At the top of the page, type your Member ID in the field labeled “Enter your member ID” and click Apply. Your special pricing—such as $0 tickets for pass holders—will appear automatically.3. Choose Your Tickets
