Since 1999, families from across the region have gathered at our Grand Junction Depot to board a very special train — one that doesn’t just go anywhere, but goes everywhere that matters during the holidays. The North Pole Limited has become a rite of passage for Chattanooga-area families, and this year promises to be the most enchanting journey yet.

Our classic North Pole Limited experience includes cookies and hot chocolate on board, a keepsake boarding pass, a bell, and one ornament per family. This is the heart of the North Pole Limited — everything you need for a memorable holiday ride.
⭐ Elves & Bells Car — Starting at $100
Ages 1+
Upgrade your experience with a seat in our vintage dining car, sold as private tables for 1–4 guests. In addition to everything in the Traditional experience, your family gets extended time with Santa — perfect for capturing that special holiday photo without feeling rushed.
🎅 Santa’s Private Car — Starting at $190
Ages 1+
The ultimate North Pole Limited experience. Your group of up to four travels in a quad section with all the Traditional perks plus a souvenir hot chocolate cup, a North Pole Limited storybook, and the longest Santa visit of any tier.
