B&O Office Car #98 (8 Guests)

Rate $2,600 per trip(Available exclusively during regularly scheduled Dinner Train departures.) Includes Private 1912 presidential railcar Elegant dining room seating for up to 8 guests White-linen service setup Dedicated onboard attendant Access to adjoining lounge area (when available) Food & Beverage Full Dinner Train meal service is included as part of the standard menu for that evening’s trip

Additional Details (Applies to All Rentals)

A Certificate of Liability Insurance (COLI) with minimum $1,000,000 coverage is required for events involving alcohol. Décor and florals must come from approved vendors; all event details must be approved. Not permitted: glitter, confetti, confetti cannons, rice, flamed candles, artificial snow. All alcohol and bartending services must be provided exclusively by TVRM. Outside food & beverages require approval and are not allowed in the Tea Room. Outside catering will incur a $150 service & cleaning fee. All rentals require a non-refundable 50% deposit, with remaining balance due 14 days before the event. Rates may increase based on add-ons or special requests.
